Your saved catalog of parts with prices. Build it from quote imports or by hand, then add parts straight into any project's BOM with one click.
Overview
The Parts Library is your own price book. Every part you import from a quote or add by hand is saved here with its vendor and price, so you can reuse it across jobs instead of retyping.
How parts get in
Two ways. When you import a vendor quote into a BOM, those line items are saved to the library automatically. You can also add a part by hand from the Parts Library page: part number, description, cost, and vendor.
Price history
When the same part comes in at a new price, the library records it, so you can see how a part's cost has moved over time. That helps you catch when a distributor's pricing has crept up before it eats your margin.
Using it in a project
On a project's BOM, use Add from library to search your saved parts and drop one straight into the estimate at its saved price. No retyping part numbers.
